Canleos is a professional property management firm that specializes in residential property, DRE License number 01869109.

Canleos began operations in 1985 and has been servicing Davis property owners and investors since then. Our focus has been primarily in the residential arena and we have grown to manage about 120 properties. Our objective is to maintain the excellent quality of service our clients deserve and have come to expect from us.

Dave and Patti Miller, Owners

Dave and Patti Miller have been Davis residents for over 40 years. Both have been active in Real Estate management for over 20 years and are widely respected in the community. They have one son who is an ex Davis police officer and currently a part of the Real Estate team. Dave is a member of the California Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors.
